Notice is hereby given that the 2023 AGM of Welsh Fencing will be held on 26th November 2023. It will be a remotely held meeting, details of which will be published on the Welsh Fencing website 28 days before the meeting, along with the statutory notices.
A total of five of the current Directors’ tenures come to an end at the AGM and nominations are invited from eligible members of Welsh Fencing for the following three roles. All have a 2-year tenure except the role of Treasurer, which is a 4-year term:
- Treasurer
- Deputy Chair
- Director
The other 2 Director positions are subject to appointment, and in recognition of the unique skills, knowledge and experiences that they bring to the Board, the Board intend to re-appoint Tania Craig and Marc Burkhalter as Directors at the AGM. This is a 1-year appointment.
Nominations should be made using the attached form and the completed form sent to secretary@fencing.cymru by 1st October 2023. Electronic signatures are acceptable.
